What DentiBuddy provides
DentiBuddy is a Messenger assistant for dental clinics. It can answer common patient questions using clinic-approved replies, send a configured follow-up, provide a booking link, and hand conversations to clinic staff.
Clinic responsibilities
The clinic is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current clinic information.
- Reviewing and approving replies before they go live.
- Updating prices, hours, schedules, HMO details, and other answers when they change.
- Responding when a patient needs clinical advice or human assistance.
- Using DentiBuddy in line with applicable laws and platform rules.
Not medical advice
DentiBuddy provides clinic-approved administrative information. It is not a dentist and does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or replace professional judgment. Clinics remain responsible for patient care and all clinical decisions.
Bookings and third-party services
Booking, Messenger, email, and calendar functions may depend on services operated by other providers. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies. The clinic is responsible for checking its schedule and appointment details.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, billing dates, included services, and any pilot terms are confirmed with the clinic during onboarding. A clinic may request cancellation by emailing support. Amounts already due remain payable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service availability
We work to keep DentiBuddy available and accurate, but interruptions can happen. We may update, maintain, or temporarily limit the service when needed for security or reliable operation.
Acceptable use
A clinic must not use DentiBuddy for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity, attempt to disrupt the service, or access information it is not authorized to use.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access when a clinic materially violates these terms, fails to pay an amount due, creates a security risk, or uses the service unlawfully. When practical, we will contact the clinic first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as DentiBuddy changes. The updated date will be shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.
