Request data deletion

How to submit a request

1. Email support@dentibuddy.com with the subject “Data deletion request.”
2. Tell us whether the request concerns a clinic account or a Messenger conversation.
3. Include the clinic name and the Messenger name or email address connected to the request. Do not send passwords or sensitive medical details.

What happens next

We will confirm that we received the request. We may ask for enough information to verify the requester and locate the correct records. This helps prevent someone else from deleting your information without permission.

What we delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information covered by the request from systems we control, unless we need to retain specific records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

Information held by other services

Messenger, booking, email, or calendar providers may hold information in their own systems. A separate request may be required under the provider's privacy and deletion process.
