Information we handle

We may handle the following information when DentiBuddy is used:

• Clinic information, including services, prices, hours, location, HMO details, payment methods, schedules, and approved replies.
• Contact information provided by clinic owners or staff during setup and support.
• Messenger conversation details needed to answer a question, offer a follow-up, or hand the conversation to clinic staff.
• Appointment information a patient provides when choosing a booking slot.
• Basic technical information used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide clinic-approved replies inside Messenger.
• Send the clinic's configured follow-up message.
• Pause automation and notify staff when a patient needs a person.
• Support booking, confirmations, and calendar syncing.
• Set up, maintain, secure, and support DentiBuddy.
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.

DentiBuddy does not sell personal information.

Clinic-approved replies

DentiBuddy answers from information written and approved by the clinic. It does not generate an answer when the requested information is not in the clinic's approved answer list.

Service providers

We may use service providers to operate DentiBuddy, including Messenger, booking, email, calendar, hosting, and security services. They receive only the information needed to provide their part of the service and operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with DentiBuddy. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping needs.
